We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented School Administrator for one of our primary schools in Nottingham (NG6). This long-term position is for maternity cover working from June 2024 to June 2025
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide essential administrative support to the school's staff, students, and parents.
* Manage student records meticulously, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
* Assist with the scheduling and coordination of school events, meetings, and appointments.
* Respond promptly to inquiries from parents and external stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner.
* Assist in the management of school resources and supplies.
* Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the school leadership team.
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration is a plus.
* Previous administrative experience is preferred, particularly in an educational setting.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
* A friendly and welcoming demeaner.
* It is preferred candidates have experience within a school already.
