Our client based in Andover, Hampshire specialise in the design and manufacture of highly complex PCBA's for a range of industries like automotive, industrial and medical. You will be the key point of contact for all escalations relating to Quality, Cost, Delivery, and People, working closely with the Production Manager, Production Coordinator, Engineering, and Quality teams. This role requires a confident, adaptable leader who can work independently, make sound decisions, and lead from the front in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
