A leading logistics operation is seeking an experienced Senior Logistics Team Leader to oversee daily freight, warehousing, and transport activities. You will manage a busy team, ensure high service levels, and drive continuous improvement across operations.
Responsibilities
* Lead and develop the logistics team
* Oversee daily freight, warehouse, and transport operations
* Manage workflow, planning, and resource allocation
* Monitor KPIs and service performance
* Ensure compliance with customs, health & safety, and industry regulations
* Build strong relationships with customers, carriers, and suppliers
Key Skills
* Strong background in logistics, freight, or supply chain
* Proven leadership and people-management skills
* Solid understanding of air, sea, or road freight operations
* Confident in problem-solving and working in a fast-paced environment
* Good IT and communication skills
