The role:

Cost control, procurement, and subcontractor management
*
Valuations, variations, and final accounts
*
Working closely with project and site teams to drive performance
*
Reporting into an experienced Commercial Manager & Senior Quantity Surveyor
What I’m looking for:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying role
*
Background with a main contractor or residential developer
*
Strong experience on residential projects
*
Confident, commercially astute, and able to manage your own packages
*
Someone ambitious who wants to progress into senior roles
