Job Description
3. Maintain financial records including purchases, sales, receipts and payments.
4. Creating and analysing financial reports.
5. Ensure that all transactions are properly recorded and entered into the computerised accounting system.
6. Management accountant and month end duties.
7. Producing payroll reports.
8. Completing VAT returns.
9. Cash flow forecasts.
10. Bank reconciliations.
11. Prepare balance sheets and profit and loss statements.
12. Collaborate with the accounting and finance team to improve financial processes.
13. Ensure financial compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
14. Provide support to the finance department during the year-end audit.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Interim Senior Bookkeeper should have:
15. Previous experience working as a Senior Bookkeeper or Management Accountant.
16. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
17. Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
18. Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
19. Good communication skills for reporting financial information.
20. Ability to work in a team and independently.
