What You Will Do:
Manage and oversee the Social Work Support & Protect Team, ensuring high standards of practice.
Develop and implement effective strategies to support individuals and families in need of protection.
Mentor and support team members, promoting continuous professional development.
Liaise with a range of external agencies to coordinate comprehensive care plans.
Handle complex cases and make informed decisions in challenging situations.
Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and safeguarding procedures.
