This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a £30m revenue contract, supplying high volumes of temporary drivers (LGV 1 / HGV 1 / 7.5 Tonne) to a major blue‑chip client across Scotland and Northern Ireland.

The Opportunity
As Cluster Manager, you will:
* Lead and develop an on‑site team.
* Take full accountability for regional performance and profitability.
* Build strong, strategic client partnerships.
* Deliver exceptional service aligned to SLA and contractual commitments.
* Drive recruitment, retention, and operational excellence across all locations.
This role demands a confident decision‑maker with experience in high‑volume, on‑site recruitment environments. Logistics recruitment experience is advantageous, but strong operational leadership from similar sectors will be considered.
What You will Be Responsible For
Strategic & Commercial Leadership
* Develop and execute regional strategic plans.
* Ensure peak workforce planning (8+ weeks ahead of uplift).
* Analyse profitability and implement corrective action plans.
* Maintain strict budget control and cost management.
* Deliver 100% compliance audit standards.
Client Relationship Management
* Build true partnership‑level relationships.
* Lead monthly client review meetings.
* Act as senior escalation point.
* Maintain exceptional communication standards.
Operational Excellence
* Ensure full contractual fulfilment against SLA.
* Drive recruitment and retention strategy based on market insight.
* Lead peak planning and operational preparation.
* Embed best practice across all sites.
* Maintain payroll, invoicing, and credit control accuracy.
Leadership & Development
* Create and implement development plans for all staff.
* Provide senior HR escalation support.
* Champion new initiatives and continuous improvement.
* Demonstrate visible, inspirational leadership at all times.
