This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a £30m revenue contract, supplying high volumes of temporary drivers (LGV 1 / HGV 1 / 7.5 Tonne) to a major blue-chip client across Scotland and Northern Ireland.

The Opportunity
As Cluster Manager, you will:
o Lead and develop an on-site team.
o Take full accountability for regional performance and profitability.
o Build strong, strategic client partnerships.
o Deliver exceptional service aligned to SLA and contractual commitments.
o Drive recruitment, retention, and operational excellence across all locations.
This role demands a confident decision-maker with experience in high-volume, on-site recruitment environments. Logistics recruitment experience is advantageous, but strong operational leadership from similar sectors will be considered.
What You will Be Responsible For
Strategic & Commercial Leadership
o Develop and execute regional strategic plans.
o Ensure peak workforce planning (8+ weeks ahead of uplift)
o Analyse profitability and implement corrective action plans.
o Maintain strict budget control and cost management.
o Deliver 100% compliance audit standards.
Client Relationship Management
o Build true partnership-level relationships.
o Lead monthly client review meetings.
o Act as senior escalation point.
o Maintain exceptional communication standards.
Operational Excellence
o Ensure full contractual fulfilment against SLA.
o Drive recruitment and retention strategy based on market insight.
o Lead peak planning and operational preparation.
o Embed best practice across all sites.
o Maintain payroll, invoicing, and credit control accuracy.
Leadership & Development
o Create and implement development plans for all staff.
o Provide senior HR escalation support.
o Champion new initiatives and continuous improvement
o Demonstrate visible, inspirational leadership at all times.
