A well-established building services consultancy has an immediate requirement for an experienced BIM Technician for their Cardiff office You will be responsible for delivering data-rich 3D models & 2D engineering drawings produced using Autodesk Revit. You will be working on a varied portfolio of projects that span a cross-section of sectors with specific local focuses on Healthcare, Schools, Higher Education, Commercial, Residential and Leisure. You will be setting up MEP project models, views, sheets, tags, and manage model health and coordinating services using clash reports and resolve issues in a multi-disciplinary environment. You will be reviewing and integrating external models, producing change review documentation as required.
