You will collaborate closely with the management team and your kitchen staff to maintain customer satisfaction and uphold food safety standards.
Responsibilities
* Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including food production, preparation, and presentation
* Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and organizing ingredients and supplies
* Train, supervise, and mentor kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to promote professional development
* Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement cost‑effective strategies to optimize kitchen operations
* Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices
* Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including equipment maintenance and cleanliness
