About the Role
This is a defining moment for transport in the East Midlands. As the region's Local Transport Authority, EMCCA is at the forefront of shaping a bold, future‑focused Mayor's Transport Plan – driving forward a transformational investment programme worth over £2 billion. This is more than infrastructure; it is a once‑in‑a‑generation opportunity to re‑imagine how people connect, travel and thrive across the region.
We are seeking a Monitoring and Evaluation Manager to lead the development and implementation of a robust regional monitoring and evaluation framework across the Transport Investment Programme. This role is central to ensuring that delivery performance, outcomes and impacts are clearly understood, effectively reported and continuously improved.
Working closely with senior leadership, including the Director of Transport and the Head of Transport Investment, you will play a key role in embedding best‑practice evaluation across the organisation.
Our region is home to award‑winning bus companies, an established tram system, the HQ of the new GB Railways, and the birthplace of the first workplace park‑and‑ride levy in Europe – a region with both track record and vision.
