About the role
To be responsible for the full 360 recruitment process experience, working with managers to support in recruiting the right talent for entry to mid-level roles at UCAS. You will manage vacancies from role brief, through attraction/sourcing, and interviews to offer process. You will advise recruitment managers on best practice recruitment campaigns, selection processes and ensuring great candidate experience. You will provide a high level of service to prospective candidates both internally and externally, and will review, develop, manage, and deliver a best-in-class recruitment process as well as supporting the delivery of value-add recruitment projects. On technical and hard to fill vacancies you will support Talent Acquisition Business Partners with sourcing and candidate identification.
Key accountabilities:
1. Work with managers through role intake briefs to identify key requirements for each recruitment campaign on both reactive and proactive roles.
2. Attract talented individuals to UCAS through elevated, engaging advert writing, headhunting on appropriate direct recruitment channels, establishing, and utilising networks, advertising channels, and other media, to pipeline and utilise live and warm candidates.
3. Track candidate applications, upload vacancies, arrange interview schedules, and prepare/deliver assessment materials as required.

Skills, qualifications, and experience
4. Experience in recruitment in either and inhouse or agency environments
5. Knowledge of how to resource and attract across a variety of business disciplines, Technology and data is desirable
6. Up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation, specifically related to recruitment activity.
7. Experience using Linkedin for advertising and talent sourcing/pooling is essential
8. Proficient user of applicant tracking systems (ATS)
9. Proficient user of Microsoft office applications with experience in using word, Outlook(including diary management), basic SharePoint and Excel.
10. Ability to work using on own initiative, confident working independently and contribute as part of a team.
11. Ability to prioritise and manage fluctuating workloads and variety of responsibilities to meet demands, KPIs/SLAs and deadlines
12. Excellent verbal, written and numerical skills
13. Demonstrable experience of providing exceptional customer experience to both internal and external customers
14. Demonstrable experience delivering continuous improvement
15. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with adapting approaches/styles to suit and meet the needs of various customers and colleagues.
Package
12 Month Fixed Term Contract
Salary - up to £26,000
