We are recruiting for a Performance & Coaching Manager responsible for developing and delivering coaching & performance improvement programmes that drive KPIs through upskilling and performance enhancement for our clients, primarily in the automotive sector.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
1. Manage multiple priorities independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
2. Deliver face-to-face coaching to improve results and customer experience.
3. Review, develop, and create content to meet client needs.
4. Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
5. Develop, measure, and report on programme performance with key stakeholders.
6. Provide data and information within deadlines.
7. Maintain regular communication with clients and programme leaders.
8. Represent DEKRA Automotive professionally, adhering to procedures.
9. Change management, project management, and relevant professional qualifications are desirable.
The Ideal Candidate
Proven experience in training and coaching within the corporate or automotive sector, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. A strategic thinker capable of designing impactful training solutions and delivering tangible results. An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Deep industry knowledge and a passion for continuous improvement are essential.
