Employment Solicitor – Norwich (Associate or Senior Associate)

We are looking for an Employment Solicitor to join our highly regarded national Employment, Pensions & Immigration team in Norwich. The role is flexible and available at either Associate or Senior Associate level depending on experience.

Requirements

* Qualified solicitor with up to 3 years’ PQE (Associate) or up to 6 years’ PQE (Senior Associate)
* Confident advising on both contentious and non-contentious matters
* Interest in business development and client engagement
* Experience supporting corporate transactions would be an advantage


Senior Associate / Partner – Employment (East Anglian Offices)

We are expanding our Employment team and seeking an experienced, commercially minded Senior Associate or Partner. The role will involve shaping the firm’s employment law offering, driving business development and mentoring junior lawyers while delivering strategic advice across employment law matters.

Key Responsibilities

* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Leading business development and team mentoring initiatives
* Contributing to firm-wide growth and strategic objectives


Associate or Senior Associate Employment Solicitor – Part‑time & Fully Remote (City Firm)

This role offers a full, quality caseload with no expectation to build your own clients. It is suitable for an Associate or Senior Associate Employment Solicitor who wants to work fully remotely within a highly regarded City firm.

Employment Associate/Senior Solicitor – Remote (Blended In‑House/ Law Firm)

Advising clients on all aspects of employment law including routine guidance and representation in Employment Tribunal cases. Manage multiple files and lead on matters such as:

* Employment Tribunal litigation – claims, witness statements and preliminary hearings
* Day‑to‑day employment and HR advice to managers and senior executives
* Drafting employment contracts, policies and related documents
* Disciplinary and grievance procedures
* Settlement agreements and corporate support from an employment perspective
* GDPR and data protection advice
* Support team development and mentoring of junior members

Candidate Profile

* Minimum 4 – 8+ years PQE in employment law
* Broad experience in employment matters, including Tribunal work
* Advocacy experience at preliminary hearing stage
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Excellent relationship building skills
* Technically competent, team player, and clear communicator
* Strong sense of accountability and integrity
* Business focused with a consultative approach


Senior Conveyancer – Full‑Remote (Yorkshire‑Based Firm)

Seeking an experienced conveyancer to manage a full residential conveyancing caseload with a focus on freehold sales and purchases. The role involves:

* Managing files from instruction to completion
* Handling a varied caseload, including complex transactions
* Acting as key client contact and delivering high‑standard service
* Supporting and guiding junior team members
* Contributing to efficient, high‑quality processes

About the Candidate

* Proven experience handling full and complex conveyancing caseloads
* Strong technical expertise in freehold sales and purchases
* Experience with leasehold and new‑build matters (advantageous)
* Confidence to work autonomously and make sound decisions
* Excellent organisational and file‑management skills
* Professional, client‑focused communication style
* Proactive mindset and willingness to support the wider team


Employment Solicitor – Remote (In‑House)

This role will manage a high volume of Employment Tribunal (ET) claims across all areas and act as a point of escalation for employment law enquiries, particularly around tribunals. Responsibilities include:

* Managing a busy caseload representing employers in tribunal claims (no advocacy)
* Supervising junior colleagues and paralegals
* Building strong relationships with key business stakeholders and HR colleagues
* Providing day‑to‑day employment and HR advice

Requirements

* Experience supervising paralegals or juniors
* Employment law and litigation expert
* Strong relationship‑building skills
* Ability to work independently and manage a full caseload
