About the Role:
We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-driven Project Manager to lead the delivery of projects across multiple disciplines, with a core focus on Workplace Technology. You’ll take ownership of the full project lifecycle, working closely with internal teams, third-party contractors, and clients to ensure high-quality outcomes.

AlphaVictor is a SaaS platform developed to enhance the user experience and interaction with technology. The platform helps organisations support, manage, and document their technology at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, managing expectations across the project lifecycle.
* Develop and prepare detailed project documentation, including resource schedules, budgets, and programmes.
* Ensure project management tools (e.g. Wrike, Microsoft SharePoint) are regularly maintained and updated to support accurate project tracking.
* Attend and contribute to both onsite and virtual meetings with clients and contractors, providing project updates and progress reports.
* Oversee third-party contractor engagement and delivery throughout each project.
* Maintain a consistent focus on user functionality and satisfaction, ensuring timely delivery of project goals.
* Apply lateral and logical thinking to resolve delivery risks and issues as they arise.
* Lead stakeholder meetings to communicate project progress and status, both internally and externally, through regular daily, weekly, and monthly project logs, reports, and updates.
* Ensure project documentation aligns with internal standards and delivery processes.
* Monitor and manage project budgets and timelines for maximum efficiency.
* Take full ownership of assigned projects, ensuring high standards across delivery, handover, and support phases.
* Drive consistency and quality across all project outputs, meeting compliance and client expectations.
* Take a proactive approach to managing multiple concurrent projects across different disciplines in a structured, process-driven way.
Key Qualifications
Education & Experience:
* Proven experience in managing technology-related projects, ideally in AV/ IT.
* Experience working with multiple internal and external stakeholders and contractors.
* Ability to interpret and work with technical schematics and drawings.
* Experience with CAD is desirable but not essential.
* Demonstrate an understanding of the technology delivery process, particularly across Audio Visual and Infrastructure (active & passive) Technology projects.
* Proficient in project management software (e.g. Wrike, Microsoft Project, Asana).
Certifications:
* PRINCE2 or other project management certifications are desirable but not essential.
Key Competencies:
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
* Highly organised, self-starting team player with a solutions-oriented mindset.
* ‘Can do’ attitude with a willingness to get hands-on.
* High level of attention to detail and design quality.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Confident in discussing technical designs with C-suite stakeholders.
