About the Role - Temporary Design and Technology Teacher
People Dynamix Education are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Design & Technology Teacher to cover a long-term supply position in a supportive school in Ellesmere Port. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified teacher to deliver high-quality teaching across all areas of D&T, ensuring students continue to make excellent progress. The role is full-time, 5 days per week, from December through to April.
What We're Looking For
* A qualified teacher with experience teaching Design & Technology at KS3/KS4
* Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to engage students of all abilities
* Confidence in planning and delivering engaging lessons following the school's curriculum
* Flexibility, professionalism, and a positive attitude
* A passion for inspiring students and fostering creativity and problem-solving
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and effective D&T lessons across all year groups
* Support students in developing practical skills and theoretical knowledge
* Ensure classroom management supports a productive and positive learning environment
* Work collaboratively with school staff to maintain continuity of learning
* Monitor and assess student progress and provide feedback
