About the Role: As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be a vital part of the inclusion team, working closely with teaching staff and SENCOs to provide tailored support to students with a range of additional needs, including autism, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional, and mental health challenges. You will: Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with identified SEN. Help create a safe and supportive learning environment where all students feel seen and valued. Assist with differentiated learning activities and provide feedback to teaching staff.
