An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Lead to manage and develop a team of six Business Development professionals within the construction services sector. This is a highly tactical leadership role focused on coaching, mentoring and driving performance through a data‑led approach. You will work closely with the team on sales cadence, outreach strategies, scripting, multi‑channel engagement and KPI delivery, while supporting customer meetings where required. The role covers a national customer base, engaging with businesses requiring waste management and related site services.
Hybrid working with 3‑4 days per week in the office. Applicants should ideally be located within one hour of Loughton.
£55k‑65k basic salary DOE + uncapped bonus scheme, £15k+ year 1. 25 days holiday, pension, company car possibility if required.
