Key Responsibilities
1. Represent the company in a professional, positive, and customer-focused manner
2. Ensure safe, efficient, and compliant warehouse operations in line with HSE standards
3. Plan, coordinate, and monitor receipt, storage, movement, and dispatch of goods
4. Drive zero tolerance for quality deviations to meet customer deliverables
5. Maintain accurate inventories through physical counts and system reconciliation
6. Ensure accuracy of all goods-in / goods-out documentation and stock labelling
7. Ensure warehouse IT, WMS, and automated systems are accurate and up to date
8. Optimize warehouse layout, space utilization, and future capacity planning
9. Identify, recommend, and implement process and system improvements
10. Reduce waste and drive continuous improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency
11. Maintain best-practice logistics standards, policies, and procedures
12. Lead, coach, and develop warehouse staff and team leaders to meet KPIs and deadlines
13. Monitor and manage time and attendance for the materials team
Key Skills & Qualifications
14. Strong knowledge of logistics KPIs
15. Experience working with WMS / ERP / MRP systems
16. Hands-on experience with continuous improvement methodologies
(e.g. Kaizen, Kanban, 5S, PDCA, Gemba)
17. Solid PC skills: Excel, Word, Outlook
18. Preferred experience with MRP systems, ideally AS400 / BPCS
