Job Description:
As a Supply Chain Manager – Transformation, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic change across our supply chain operations. This position is focused on delivering end-to-end transformation projects that enhance efficiency, resilience, and sustainability within our network. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that support Asda's long-term growth and customer promise.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead supply chain transformation initiatives from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
* Analyse current processes and identify opportunities for improvement in cost, service, and sustainability.
* Collaborate with stakeholders across logistics, procurement, and commercial teams to implement best-in-class practices.
* Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver successful outcomes.
* Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
* Drive adoption of new technologies and digital tools to optimise supply chain operations.
About You:
* Proven experience in supply chain management, ideally within a retail or FMCG environment.
* Strong track record of delivering transformation or change projects.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
* Effective communicator and influencer, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels.
* Knowledge of supply chain systems and emerging technologies is desirable.
