The Opportunity
In this role you will be reporting into the Technical Manager and you will be responsible for ensuring product quality and compliance with food safety and level requirements. You will work closely with production, carrying out audits, calibration, verification and assisting with colleague training and external audits.
Key Responsibilities
* Support shifts in technical related issues and with relevant queries
* Carrying out GMP and trending any GMP issues and follow up actions.
* Confirmation of product quality and legality through taste panels and other testing processes
* Sampling, booking, checking and trending micro results
* Raising any issues that may arise with all key stakeholders and keeping them informed
