The Role
The Compliance Officer will support our recruitment team by ensuring that all candidates and processes adhere to the highest compliance standards. This is a vital role that helps us maintain our industry-leading status and deliver exceptional service to our clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities
* Verify candidate identification documents
* Complete and process DBS checks
* Conduct and support face-to-face interviews
* Manage occupational health clearances
* Review CVs and verify employment history (including checking gaps)
* Request and validate references
* Handle and verify Home Office documents for authenticity
* Maintain accurate records using our in-house database and external portals
* Ensure all documents are up to date and renewals are processed promptly
* Work from compliance reports to prevent lapses in documentation
* Support both internal and external audits
* Manage booking confirmations
* Provide professional telephone support and communication

Working Hours
* Monday to Friday: 08:30 – 17:30
