Job Title: Site Administrator Location: Kidbrooke Rate: £13.50/hour Hours: Flexible – part-time or full-time options available (2–5 days per week) Contract: Temporary (potential to go permanent) Overview We are looking for a proactive and organised Site Administrator to join our project team on a temporary basis, with the possibility of a permanent role. This role will support site operations through administration, document control, and coordination with the wider project team and supply chain. The position offers flexibility with working hours – part-time (2–3 days) or full-time (4–5 days) – making it suitable for someone seeking either reduced hours or a longer-term full-time opportunity. Key Responsibilities * Maintain and update Friday Packs weekly, ensuring timely issue to project stakeholders. * Prepare and issue plot packs to the supply chain. * Upload and manage site RFIs on Asite. * Assist with document uploads and general document control duties on Asite. * Track and control QA paperwork, test certificates, and trackers, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date. * Upload QA photos and test packs to Asite and maintain electronic filing systems. * Ensure all daily site documents are filed correctly. * Create and maintain templates and trackers when required. * Provide general administration support: scanning, printing, and copying. * Liaise with the project team to ensure all document requirements are completed. * Produce and issue site materials requisitions, ensuring correct format and cost codes. * Book deliveries and coordinate crane/forklift requirements via the online system. Skills & Experience * Previous experience as a Site Administrator, Document Controller, or similar role (construction experience desirable). * Strong IT skills, with knowledge of Asite or other document management systems preferred. * Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a busy site environment. * Good communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with site teams and supply chain partners.
