As a Technician 2, you'll be responsible for setting up desktop hardware and peripherals as part of IT roll out projects. 6. Shift Time: Mon - Fri 09:00 - 17:30
Key Responsibilities
7. Installation Technicians provide desktop hardware installation services where basic technical skills are required for a service delivery solution.
8. Installation Technicians will typically un-box and install kit to the desk, connect peripherals, connect cables ( power and network) and perform any relevant power self-tests. Basic steps to start automated builds and simple scripted post-login configuration may also be required.
9. Technicians may be asked to work variable shift patterns as business requires.
Key Requirements
10. Upkeep of system records, principally ServiceNow
11. Strict adherence to procedures, scripts and polices is a must.
12. Flexibility of working days will be required, though minimal, with notice.
