What you will do: Conduct general assessments, support planning, and reviews for adult customers within the community. Engage in Mental Capacity Act and Best Interests work to ensure customer rights and safety. Complete Continuing Healthcare assessments and attend Decision Support Tool meetings to support customer needs. Undertake legal work, including Court of Protection and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS) cases. Work on a general caseload, offering support and advice as needed, ensuring duties are completed in the office on Tuesdays. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to provide high-quality social work services. Maintain accurate and timely records to ensure compliance with agency and legal standards. Ensure safeguarding procedures are followed and contribute to promoting the welfare of vulnerable adults. You must have at least two years of experience working in a statutory adult team and be adept at navigating complex cases.
