A welcoming and inclusive co-educational secondary school near West Malling is seeking a Spanish Teacher to join their team on a part-time basis (1 day per week). The role will focus on delivering engaging lessons to GCSE students, with the ability to teach up to A-level being highly desirable.
Planning is not required for this role, making it ideal for a teacher seeking a more flexible opportunity, but the successful candidate must be enthusiastic about building strong relationships with students and staff while upholding the school’s positive ethos that supports everyone to reach their full potential.
Spanish Teacher responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging Spanish lessons to GCSE students (A-level teaching desirable)
* Maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment that supports student progress
* Motivate and inspire learners to develop their language skills and cultural awareness
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to support the school’s vision and values
Spanish Teacher requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK (or equivalent recognised qualification)
* Experience teaching Spanish to at least GCSE level (A-level experience preferable)
* Strong classroom management and excellent communication skills
* A commitment to fostering student achievement and confidence
* Enthusiasm for contributing positively to the school community
