Part-Time PA to the Executive Headteacher The Woolenwick Schools Federation 15 hours per week • Working days negotiable. This is a fixed term contract initially until the end of October, with a view to make permanent. The Woolenwick Schools Federation is seeking an organised, proactive and highly professional Personal Assistant to the Executive Headteacher. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the leadership of two vibrant, inclusive and forward-thinking schools. Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will: Manage and coordinate the Executive Headteacher’s diary, appointments and meetings across both schools. Provide high-quality administrative support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for the Executive Head. Monitor, update and maintain federation policies, ensuring compliance and version control. Oversee the federation website, ensuring content is accurate, current and engaging. Run and develop the federation’s social media accounts, promoting school achievements and key messages. Organise Federation half termly Online Newsletter. Liaise professionally with staff, governors, parents and external partners. Handle confidential information with the highest level of integrity. What We’re Looking For Excellent organisational and time-management skills. Strong communication skills and a professional, approachable manner. Confidence using digital tools, including websites and social media platforms. Ability to work independently, prioritise effectively and meet deadlines.
