Job Description Our expanding transport team in Harworth have an exciting opportunity for a Driver Debriefer to join their team on a full time permanent basis! As a Driver Debriefer you will be responsible for providing general administration support to the Transport Department. Salary: £29,500 per annum Shift: 4 on 4 off 06:00 - 18:00 Key Duties of a Driver De-Briefer include: Correctly debriefing drivers. Checking all timesheets for correct completion and ensuring all PODs are returned completed correctly. Scanning and storing PODs using Culina’s document management system. Preparing drivers’ wallets and issuing delivery notes in drop sequence plus any other relevant delivery information. Printing all despatch notes and replenishing despatch paper as required. Answering the telephone and assisting with any enquiries. Downloading drivers’ cards / tachographs. Ensuring all estimated time of arrivals (ETAs) are communicated to Customer Services. Consistently updating all spreadsheets including, but not limited to; change-overs, run summaries and trailer check sheets. Departing & Completing of loads using Transport Management System (TMS). Ensuring all uplifts are despatched in correct loads. Ensure all trailers are tracked.
