The Avenue Primary School is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Nursery Lead to support in the delivery of its nursery provision. This is a wonderful opportunity for a proactive Early Years Professional looking to join a team committed to ensuring safe, high-quality education and care for all.
Working Hours:
Part Time (35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 39 weeks per year, includes Teacher Training Days). Required: ASAP.

Candidate Requirements:
* Relevant Level 3 qualification
* Experience with the early years foundation stage (EYFS)
* Warm and caring approach with children
* Ability to oversee and support nursery staff and maintain high-quality learning environments
We are looking for someone who:
* Has a passion for delivering high-quality learning experiences
* Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Has good knowledge of the EYFS curriculum
* Can plan activities from a curriculum plan
* Can manage a team of nursery assistants
* Is self-motivated, organized, and adaptable
* Demonstrates leadership qualities and good practice sharing
* Has a current First Aid qualification or is willing to undertake training
* Experience working with children with SEND (desirable)
