About the role AsaNeighbourhood Team Leader, you will lead and develop the team to deliver a proactive, responsive, and high-quality neighbourhood management and ASB service. You will ensure customers receive excellent service, withstrong performanceandhigh satisfaction at the heart of everything we do. You willbe responsible forsupporting and sustaining tenancies, ensuring tenancy conditions are upheld, and addressing all tenancy-related matterssuch as ASB, permissions, successions, property condition, safeguarding concerns, occupancy issues, and potential tenancy fraud.
