My client, an established Online Estate Agency, is currently seeking experienced property professionals to join their team and benefit from a home-based role, with an uncapped OTE!
Due to a high volume of valuation requests, my client is looking for a Sales Valuer in the Edinburgh area.
They prefer someone with local knowledge, experience in carrying out valuations, and a commitment to high-quality service.

Working hours:
* This is a home-based, full-time role.
The successful Sales Valuer will be offered:
* Competitive OTE of £45,000 - £60,000
* Comprehensive training program

* Lead support with some business generation
* Strong knowledge of the property market and trends

* Full driver's license and access to a vehicle
* Desire to succeed and grow your own business
* Passion and enthusiasm
* Valuation experience at Branch Manager or Senior Valuer level
* Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Main Duties of a Sales Valuer:
* Provide accurate market valuations based on data and comparable sales
* Operate within an assigned territory and develop business
* Demonstrate local market knowledge
* Support and engage with customers throughout their journey
* Build relationships and be the key contact during the sales process
* Coordinate with support teams to ensure successful sales
