Key Responsibilities As a Manufacturing Operator, you will: Report any unsafe or unethical practices through the appropriate channels. Take an active role in daily departmental meetings. Monitor, track, and provide regular updates to your supervisor/manager on daily goals. Engage in performance and development conversations, acting on feedback. Understand and follow safety and performance metrics for your team. Update the stock management system (SAP) after completing allocated tasks. Maintain accurate training records in the company quality system (MasterControl). Follow defined processes to create batch manufacturing records, print labels, and use correct materials and equipment to produce high‑quality products.
