Your responsibilities will include:
* Preparing and processing legal documents
* Audio and copy typing
* Managing client correspondence and telephone enquiries
* Diary management and scheduling appointments
* Assisting with file management and document organisation
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, and solicitors
To apply for the role you must have:-
* Previous experience in a conveyancing or legal secretary role is preferred
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management systems

Salary is depending on experience up to £26k and the role is offered on a full time permanent basis.
