30 HOURS PER WEEK - £30,309 pro‑ratio
We’re looking for an exceptional Aquatics Programme Co‑ordinator to join our team – we are looking for someone to lead, co‑ordinate and develop the Trust’s swimming and aquatics programme across all sites, ensuring high‑quality of swimming lesson delivery, increased participation and improved progression of learners.
The post holder will take ownership of the Learn to Swim programme, school swimming and wider aquatic activity, driving growth, improving customer experience and maximising pool utilisation.
Responsibilities
* Lead, co‑ordinate and develop the Trust’s swimming and aquatics programme across all sites.
* Ensure high‑quality delivery of swimming lessons and increased participation.
* Improve progression of learners and maximise pool utilisation.
* Own the Learn to Swim programme, school swimming and wider aquatic activity.
* Drive growth, improve customer experience and maximise pool utilisation.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Passion for swimming and commitment to improving community wellbeing.
* Clean driving licence and use of a vehicle (required).
