Director of Operations – Global Pharmaceutical Leader – UK Walker Cole International is searching for a Director of Operations for a global pharmaceutical manufacturing business. The role will lead end-to-end operations across manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, logistics, and continuous improvement, ensuring efficient and compliant product delivery to international markets. As a key member of the leadership team, this role will drive operational strategy, optimise supplier and CMO relationships, and lead operational excellence initiatives. They will lead a multidisciplinary team and foster a culture of agility, accountability and continuous improvement.
