Exciting Finance Manager Role Available in an Expanding Trust We are seeking a dynamic Finance Manager to oversee financial operations across a successful multi-academy trust, composed of eleven primary schools, with ambitions to grow. This full-time, permanent role offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute significantly to our clients success and development. The Role: Lead financial planning and management under the direction of the Chief Financial Officer. Provide high-quality financial support and advice to the central trust team and individual schools. Manage budgeting systems, prepare management accounts, and ensure compliance with financial processes. Supervise a finance team, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and development.Who We Are Looking For: A seasoned professional with strong finance, budgeting, and management experience, preferably in the education sector. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial data effectively. Strong leadership qualities and a collaborative spirit. There will likely be some travel between schools one day per week. Schools are located around North, West and South West London/Surrey. Head office is based in NW6, London. We Offer: A competitive salary ranging from £45,500 to £52,000, dependent on experience.
