MEP Revit Technician
Kent (Hybrid Working)

A leading multi-disciplinary consultancy based in Kent is seeking an experienced MEP Revit Technician to join its growing Building Services team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled technician with a passion for technical detail and design coordination to work on a diverse portfolio of high-quality projects across various sectors including residential, commercial, education, and healthcare.
Role Overview:
The successful candidate will play a key role in the development and coordination of Mechanical, Electrical, and Public Health (MEP) services drawings using Revit. Working closely with engineers and other team members, the technician will support project delivery from concept through to construction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create and develop detailed MEP 3D models using Autodesk Revit
* Produce 2D and 3D technical drawings and schematics in line with project requirements
* Coordinate MEP services within multidisciplinary design teams
* Work closely with engineers to ensure designs meet project specifications and deadlines
* Manage model updates and revisions in accordance with design changes
* Contribute to BIM coordination meetings and clash detection processes
* Support the development and maintenance of BIM standards and processes within the team
Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years' experience working as a Revit Technician within the MEP (Building Services) sector
* Proficient in Autodesk Revit MEP and AutoCAD
* Sound knowledge of UK Building Services design standards
* Experience working on a range of projects and coordinating with other disciplines
* Excellent attention to detail, communication, and teamwork skills
* Ability to manage time effectively and deliver work to deadlines
