Here for people. Here for communities. Here for you.
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated female Care Assistant to support residents at Brocastle Manor Care Home.
Due to the nature of personal care provided and to uphold residents’ dignity, privacy and wellbeing, there is a genuine occupational requirement (Equality Act 2010) for this role to be undertaken by female only care assistants, in order to respect the needs and preferences of the individuals we support. This approach supports safe, effective and person-centred care in line with Regulation 21 of RISCA.
