As Business Manager, you will play a critical part in ensuring that our resources, systems and environment enable high-quality teaching and learning.
We are looking for a skilled and committed professional who can combine strategic thinking with commitment to improving outcomes for all students. This post is a senior leadership position, responsible for all business and operational services across the school.
Core Areas of Responsibility
* Financial leadership and budget management
* HR and workforce management
* Estates, premises and health & safety
* Compliance (including GDPR and safeguarding systems)
* Operations (contract management, services)
You will also:
* Attend and support Governing Body and Finance Committee meetings
* Provide strategic advice to the Headteacher
* Ensure effective systems and processes are in place

Person Specification (Summary)
Essential
* Experience of financial management and budgeting

* Experience in a school or education setting
* Professional qualifications (finance, HR, business or ISBL)
* Experience of estates or project management
