Key Responsibilities
Write, edit, and adapt training content across digital, video, and print platforms. Plan and commission content from pharmacist writers and manage the editorial workflow. Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure content meets strategic and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with designers and external agencies on digital media projects. Provide day-to-day support, guidance, and feedback to junior editorial staff, helping them develop writing, editing, and organisational skills. Oversee administrative tasks and support the wider editorial team as needed.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven writing ability: A skilled writer with at least two years’ journalistic or creative writing experience (or a recognised postgraduate journalism qualification), ideally with health/scientific communications experience.
* Digital expertise: Confident in digital content creation, working closely with designers and agencies to deliver innovative solutions.
* Organisational skills: Capable of managing multiple projects, prioritising tasks, and meeting tight deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail.
* Communication skills: A clear, confident communicator, able to liaise with senior stakeholders and guide junior team members effectively.
* Technical competencies: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, content management systems, and Adobe Creative Cloud (Acrobat, InDesign, Photoshop, XD) essential. Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Projects) is desirable.
