Primary Source Care are currently recruiting for Care Assistants to work at our client's nursing home in Towcester providing high quality care to adults aged 60 and over with a range of health needs.
Full time, part time and ad-hoc positions available, with hourly rates of pay ranging from £8.50 - £10.00.

About the role
* Nursing – We offer 24-hour personal support to those with a condition that requires frequent specialised, qualified nursing care. We also offer dementia care.
* Residential – Provides accommodation, meals and personal care for those who find it increasingly difficult to cope at home without assistance.
* Respite – Short stays offering round the clock care in a safe, comfortable environment. Perfect for carers who are ill, on holiday or just need a break.

What we need from you
You will need to have at least six months' experience working in a care/supported living environment, and ideally hold a Level 3 Qualification in Health and Social Care, although it is more important that you have a positive, can-do attitude and the willingness to undertake further on-the-job training. All successful candidates will need to undergo an enhanced DBS check before they can commence working with service users.
