Working hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm salary basic is looking at £35k Job Duties include: • Lead, coach and develop the Warehouse Operatives, Drivers, Logistic Supports and Logistic Co-ordinators. • Manage resource requirements for the branch. • Manage all warehouse operations using the warehouse management system ensuring that received stock is put away and efficiently stored to meet customer need. • Ensure the delivery of customer orders evaluating adherence to SLAs. • Problem-solve operational issues to mitigate risk to service disruption. • Process Returns/Warranties in accordance with company procedure. • Undertake warehouse operations or logistics tasks if required. • Daily checks of delivery vehicles and preventative maintenance. • Monitor and replenish fuel levels for the branch. • Undertake employee performance reviews, check-ins and handle grievance proceedings. Requirements: • Experience of leading, developing and coaching operational teams in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to analyse data and implementing appropriate solutions to satisfy business need. • Experience of working in a customer service focused environment. • Experience representing the company and team on behalf of internal and external customers. • Level 3 in Warehousing Management is desirable, but not essential Reasons to apply: Family run business Chance to make an impact on the branch This role offers an exciting challenge where you are able to support and develop staff members to be the very best within this field.
