Business Unit: Business Administration Fulfilment
Location: Hybrid with occasional travel to Glasgow

An exciting opportunity exists within our Business Administration Fulfilment team. Our Team support our Business customers by assisting them and relationship managers with lots of administrative tasks and requests, this could include but is not limited to ordering a debit card, account closures, changes to direct debit/standing order, updating contact details and the list goes on. We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing a best in class, tailored based service to our business customers while also supporting our Relationship Managers so they can deliver great customer experience.
Being point of contact for prospective and existing customers for a range of administrative tasks, providing a fantastic customer experience
Providing professional and personable customer service at all times, taking ownership of queries and requests
Contributing to the team's overall business objectives
Ensuring that service quality is of the highest order, developing measures to continually assess the service provided to clients
Maintaining and demonstrating high degrees of data quality and accuracy
Ensuring all policies, procedures and FCA banking regulations are adhered to at all times
A genuine passion for customer service, and willingness to go the extra mile, to ensure a positive outcome
Previous experience of building successful relationships both internally and externally via various communication methods
Knowledge of the Bank's policies and procedures
A High level of awareness of money laundering, risk assessment and risk management policies and procedures

Experience within Business Banking
Good knowledge of our business products and services
