As a Senior Account Manager – UK & Ireland, you will be responsible for maximising client retention and growth, building strong partnerships, and ensuring clients receive world‑class service tailored to both their local and global needs. In some cases, you will act as the global lead for accounts within your assigned portfolio, combining a high level of autonomy with close collaboration across internal teams to ensure seamless alignment across business functions and regions. Join our dynamic team and play a key role in positioning Blacklane as the premier choice for premium mobility services worldwide.\ YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: Act as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of clients across the UK and Ireland Develop and deliver strategic account plans to drive retention, growth, and long‑term client satisfaction Build, manage, and nurture strong relationships with key decision‑makers and stakeholders Proactively identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities to maximise revenue within assigned accounts Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Customer Experience teams to ensure seamless service delivery Monitor account performance, analyse trends, and provide data‑driven insights to support strategic decision‑making Anticipate and resolve challenges while identifying opportunities to deepen client engagement and drive growth Represent Blacklane at industry events and client meetings, strengthening visibility and long‑term partnerships ABOUT YOU: 3–5 years’ experience in B2B account management or enterprise client relationships, ideally within travel, mobility, or hospitality Proven ability to retain and grow strategic accounts through a consultative partnership approach Excellent relationship‑building, negotiation, and communication skills Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Results‑driven, proactive, and comfortable balancing client service with commercial objectives Experience using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Salesforce or similar CRM tools is preferred Willingness to travel throughout the UK and Ireland as required, with occasional international travel (2–3 times per year) About Blacklane Our mission is simple but powerful: to become the world’s leading premium, global chauffeur service.
