The opportunity
As a Marketing Manager in the Marketing & Activation team, you will play a key role in helping to achieve our firmwide strategic objectives by developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns that help build client relationships, support revenue objectives, and enhance the reputation of the firm.
Sitting within the Marketing and Activation team, which is part of the wider Brand, Marketing & Communications (BMC) function, you will be at the epicenter of where plans turn into action. You will be fundamental to ensuring we deliver our intended outcomes and will interface daily with internal stakeholders, agencies, and partners.
The role requires a highly motivated individual with the ability to work within a team and on their own initiative. The successful candidate should have experience in a marketing role covering all aspects of the marketing mix, with strong communication skills across all levels of the business. A proven track record of designing and delivering successful campaigns tailored to relevant markets is essential.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Lead on complex campaigns for major programmes and markets, collaborating with workstream leaders and the business to develop briefs and value propositions.
* Create and deliver integrated marketing campaigns to build client relationships, support revenue goals, and enhance the firm's reputation.
* Act as a BMC point of contact for your portfolio, advising on strategy, activation, and scope of services; represent BMC on relevant Markets Boards as a trusted adviser.
* Manage production and execution within timelines and budgets; measure campaign activities and use insights for refinement.
* Coordinate with digital and content teams to ensure relevant, compelling content aligned with the buyer journey.
* Maintain EY.COM pages, inform the business of expiring pages, and build business cases for extensions.
* Create UK-specific messaging for global reports/pages as part of strategic activation.
* Manage EY.COM People profiles, including updates, removals, and new profile development.
* Build a strong internal and external network, collaborating with various teams and external agencies to develop brand-focused, customer-centric solutions.
* Support team development, fostering a positive environment for growth and learning.
Skills And Attributes For Success
* Extensive business experience or equivalent qualification.
* Experience working in large or matrix organizations, managing multiple stakeholder requirements.
* Excellent time and project management skills with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
* Proven success in strategic campaign management across channels.
* Strong understanding of campaign principles, commercial awareness, and ROI-focused activities aligned with brand and risk management.
* Enthusiastic, proactive team player with a can-do attitude.
* Ability to manage conflicting demands and prioritize effectively.
* Willingness to embrace change, support process improvements, and demonstrate best practices.
To qualify for the role, you must have
* At least 5 years’ experience in marketing programme management within a corporate environment.
Ideally, you’ll also have
* Experience briefing and collaborating with creative agencies.
