You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality cable assemblies and electronic components that meet exacting standards. Every build you complete contributes directly to the performance and reliability of our products. Depending On Your Experience, You’ll: Assemble cables, harnesses, and electronic components with precision and care Use specialist skills such as crimping, soldering, and interpreting technical drawings Work independently on complex builds or develop your skills with guidance from experienced Team Leaders Ensure every product meets strict quality and specification requirements Accurately record your work and maintain a clean, safe workspace Collaborate with your team to deliver on time, every time You’ll also have opportunities to mentor others, share ideas, and contribute to continuous improvement across the site!
