This is an early morning position working from 6am, including both weekdays and weekend working. A full working pattern will be discussed at interview. Our Pantheon Oxford Street store is having a glow up, unveiling a brand new flagship concept designed to showcase the best of M&S style. Brand ambassadors will embody a subtle stylist and effortless confidence, delivering a seamless and inspiring customer experience at every touchpoint.

If you have flair, drive and a love for fashion that can’t be taught, plus a natural talent for selling, we want you on our team. At M&S you’ll be a style advisor, storyteller and brand ambassador. Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our flagship store, delivering style advice and five-star service. This is not just a retail job – you’ll play a part in delivering our transformation.

Responsibilities

* Serve customers efficiently on the shop floor and at service points
* Keep the store clean and tidy, with shelves stocked
* Monitor and deliver on daily sales targets, priorities, promotions and selling opportunities
* Proactively engage with customers, understand their needs, make recommendations and deliver remarkable service
* Build expert product knowledge to sell and recommend products and services
* Utilise digital tools and in-store devices to deliver for the customer
* Maintain visual standards and balance speed with accuracy; manage stock and deliveries
* Be a team player, contributing to a positive store environment
* Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to meet business needs
