We are looking for a highly motivated and commercially astute Framework Manager to join our dynamic national operations team. This is a pivotal hybrid role, focusing on the management, development, and optimisation of national framework agreements across various sectors. The successful candidate will play a key part in driving operational excellence and ensuring the continued growth and success of our framework portfolio.

Your focus will be on New Business Hunting, ggenerating multiple agreements, and growing a portfolio of existing key accounts.

Your Mission at Elis

As our Framework Manager, you'll be responsible for:
Leading the management, integration, and optimisation of national framework agreements to ensure contractual compliance and service excellence.
Developing strong relationships with key stakeholders within framework providers, ensuring effective collaboration and long-term success.
Working closely with internal teams, including sales, operations, and support, to ensure that frameworks are executed seamlessly and efficiently.
Developing and implementing strategies for continuous improvement within the framework portfolio.
Representing the business at senior levels with key external stakeholders and at sector-specific events.
Leading the full lifecycle of framework management, from securing new agreements to ensuring ongoing success and expansion within existing frameworks.
Ensuring operational teams meet service-level agreements (SLAs) and maintain high standards of delivery across frameworks.
Driving cost-effective solutions and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within framework agreements.
Analysing performance data and customer feedback to implement improvements and identify growth opportunities.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop scalable and sustainable solutions that align with strategic business goals.
Delivering accurate reporting, including monthly performance reviews and forecasts on framework developments.
Overseeing the mobilisation of new national frameworks, ensuring seamless implementation and a proactive approach to account development.

What will make you stand out?
Proven experience in managing national framework agreements within the private or public sector.
Strong background in operations management, with a focus on framework and contract management.
Exceptional communication, influencing, and negotiation skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders.
Commercially savvy, with a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to develop and implement data-driven strategies for continuous improvement.
Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint, with overall strong IT literacy.
A degree or NVQ Level 5 (or equivalent experience).
Willingness to travel nationally up to 4 days per week.
