We are seeking an exceptional Quality & Safety Manager to lead the development, delivery and continuous improvement of quality, safety and accreditation programmes across our Community Diagnostic Centres (CDC). This is a pivotal leadership role, shaping the standards of care and experience for patients accessing diagnostics across our pathways.
As the CDC Quality & Safety Manager, you will provide strategic oversight and operational leadership for all aspects of clinical governance, risk management, patient safety, regulatory compliance and quality improvement. You will drive forward a culture of excellence and play a key role in ensuring the CDC meets and maintains relevant accreditation standards and supports the CDC’s ambition to deliver high‑quality, safe, efficient and patient‑centred diagnostic services.

Main duties of the job
The post holder will be responsible for leading on the Quality and Safety arrangements for the Trust’s CDC programme, in addition to supporting the CDC Senior Diagnostic Transformation Manager in ensuring high quality care to our service users.
The post holder is responsible for assisting in ensuring that robust and effective clinical governance activities are undertaken across the CDC programme to demonstrate safety, efficacy, care and responsiveness.

This role is eligible for visa sponsorship under the UK Visas & Immigration (UKVI) Skilled Worker route. Sponsorship can only be provided where applicants meet the specific requirements set by UKVI, including the relevant skill and salary thresholds, and any role-specific criteria. For example, applicants for the Senior HCA role must be able to evidence a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the same role to qualify for sponsorship.
