What The Day Will Look Like
Based within Griffiths & Armour’s Professional Risks Division, the role will consist of:
* Reading and reviewing contracts (largely construction contracts) for Griffiths & Armour’s clients.
* Providing advice, assistance and recommendations to Griffith & Armour’s clients in relation to those contracts.
* Providing support to client facing brokers within the business.
* Building relationships with clients.
* Getting involved in drafting, developing and delivering risk management literature, statistics and presentations.
* Carrying out other duties and jobs which management may, from time to time, reasonably require.
Full training will be provided, but legal experience is a requirement.

* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Strong organisation skills (including the ability to effectively manage own workload)
* Disciplined, conscientious approach to work
* Ability to manage time well and prioritise tasks
* Strong attention to detail
* Strong legal experience and/or legal qualifications
* Ability to deal with sensitive and/or confidential information appropriately
* Proficient Microsoft Office
* Excellent team player
* Experienced in a client facing role
* Strong interpersonal skills
* A demonstrable interest in construction law and/or the construction industry
* Knowledge of legal/engineering language
* Business awareness
