Our Datcom MSP team is seeking a Service Desk Triage to play a pivotal role in our continued success. This is an ideal role for someone wanting to start a career in IT Support where you can learn and develop. This role is paying the National Minimum Wage salary.
What You’ll Be Doing
The purpose of this role is essessential to Datcom's high-quality operations and customer service. This is an office based-role supporting the service desk and wider team triaging queries logged by Datcom's clients.
* Triage of incoming phone calls
* Triage of queries submitted digitally
* Action on quick tickets and identifying repeat issues
* Keep upto date with the knowledge base system
What You’ll Need to Succeed
We’re looking for someone with:
* A passion for IT support and excellent customer services
* Excellent spelling and grammer
* Ability to work and communicate effectively in a busy close knit team
* Experience in windows desktop and Microsoft word
* Must have full right to work in uk indefinate as there is no sponsoring for this role
